There are ample reasons for a transition into a Circular Economy. It provides an attractive alternative to the current way of how our resources are used. It influences innovation, creates new business models and has a positive impact on growth and competitiveness of European markets. But the transformation of current patterns into a circular economy is challenging.
However, many questions remain: What role does the circular economy take in the EU economy of the 21st Century? What kind of opportunities and threats lay in the implementation of the European Commissions’ Circular Economy Package? What is the role of the private sector?
Join our distinguished panelists for a review on the Circular Economy and a timely outlook on how this fits into a wider context of a liberal approach to environmental and economic policy.
