The TGHS School in Kreuznach exhibits our Animate Europe comics until the end of September.
We exhibited our Animate Europe comics in Vienna at the Fundamental Rights Agency! From 25th-27th September, the Fundamental Rights Forum took place in Vienna, and as human rights are a core topic for our foundation, we were honoured to present our Animate Europe project there.
On 22nd September, we had an exhibition at the Jubel Democracy Festival in Brussels. This festival was the first-year warm up of a European Democracy festival.
For the first time, FNF’s international comic exhibition Re-Animate Europe travelled to Greece, a country that for many is synonymous with the cradle of democracy and philosophy. Hit by a severe economic crisis, Greece is the right place to debate Europe and get a genuine feedback of what the people believe. Less than a year before the European elections, there is a twofold purpose: share a new vision for Europe, as depicted by the comic artists, and acquaint the citizens with some of the common challenges the next European Parliament will have to deal with. The Award Ceremony of our third “Animate Europe” comic competition is getting closer – we’re already very excited to announce the winner at the event on 11. July (sign up for the event here).
