Der russische Präsident Wladimir Putin hat per Dekret ein Regiment der russischen Luftwaffe nach der estnischen Hauptstadt Tallinn benannt. In dem ehemals sowjetischen baltischen Staat wird das mit gutem Grund als Provokation angesehen.
